The cabin – sea view – Binic

The cabin is located on the family property, with sea views and access to the beaches and town, 10 min walk (gr34) You enter through a private access. The cabin consists of a living room (24 m2) with a sofa bed, which overlooks a beautiful terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, with a pantry and storage. One bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed. The cabin is heated by a wood burning stove, we provide the wood and it's up to you to maintain the fire to heat the accommodation.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

This is one of the three cottages located at the back of the Café Librairie, each with an individual entrance opening onto the garden. Ideally located in the Côtes d'Armor halfway between the Pink Granite Coast and the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel and 25 minutes from the Paimpol coast and the island of Bréhat. You’ll find: • a kitchen equipped with essentials; • a bathroom; • a mezzanine offering a bed for 2 people. Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase, not recommended for people with limited mobility; • an adjoining terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

This house offers privileged access to the natural treasures of the area. The port and center of Binic, with their restaurants and shops, are a 15-minute walk away. A charging station (7 kW) is also available on site for your electric vehicle trips.
