The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Cheap, modern and 50 m from the sea - great for 2!

The apartment is only 50 m away from the sea and centrally located. The living area is designed with new furniture in the maritime style. A kitchen with high quality equipment offers the possibility of self-catering. Restaurant/ shopping only a few minutes walk away. Wi-Fi free of charge New bathroom. Balcony with furniture. Free parking about 400m away. Loading and unloading at the house is possible. Care company from location -dort check-in Cheap and very close to the beach are the benefits here. Cleaning €90

Die Villa Sirene liegt direkt am Strand der Binzer Strandpromenade in zentraler, ruhiger Lage zwischen dem Ostseestrand (ca. 10 m entfernt) und dem Kurpark (ca. 10 m) und 200 m von der Seebrücke. Die Villa ist Motiv in vielen Bildbänden und Rügen-Filmen und ist heute eine der prächtigsten weißen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit an der 3,2 km langen Strandpromenade.

The beautiful bath style villa, built at the end of the 19th century, is rented by us to holiday guests. 14 individually designed apartments are available, this is one of them. So this house is also suitable for family trips and larger groups. Very individual and personally-loving furnishings, each room has a special touch. High-quality furniture, noble floor coverings, spacious and beautiful kitchens, comfortable beds - a fine place in this traditional seaside resort.

Villa Glückspilz right on the beach

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Vacation home in quiet camp in Binz on Rügen

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Cozy apartment near the beach

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

traumhafte 2-Raumwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Sonnenterrasse, 2 Fernseher, am Kurpark von Binz. Nur wenige Schritte von der Fußgängerzone & Strand entfernt. Ideal für eine Kurzreise oder längeren Aufenthalt. 1-2 Personen (+Baby möglich). + 1 kleiner Hund ist herzlich Willkommen. Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement No. 6 mit 80 qm, ebenfalls in der Villa Chloe.
