The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Villa Sirene is located directly on the beach of Binzer Strandpromenade in a central, quiet location between the Baltic Sea beach (about 10 m away) and the spa park (about 10 m) and 200 m from the pier. The villa is a motif in many picture books and Rügen films and is now one of the most magnificent white villas from the Imperial period on the 3.2 km long beach promenade.

Charming apartment for two

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.
