Absolutely perfect place for a single traveller. I stayed there for work and the location is great for getting into the city. Nicholas was in touch but via the app to see that I was OK and to offer help, if I needed. the flat was clean, well maintained and well equipped. I'm back in Birmingham in 2 weeks and have booked there again, I'll try to get Nicholas ' flat every time I visit there from now on. I highly recommend, great little flat and great host.

The Snug was a brilliant find. Clean and comfortable. Decor to a high standard in a great location. Lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated. Excellent communication. Hosts kindly left a lovely note and gift for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you!

Was a great place for the price, easy access to the NEC, just what we needed.

I had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was fully clean with lots of amenities and working heaters. The kitchen was great because it had everything down to extra tissue, bin bags, saucepans and many utensils. The sofa was nice and comfy, lots of pillows for comfort. Bathroom was big, lovely nice shower with a sink nearby by, under it there was a cabinet with any cleaning supplies that you would want to use. The bathroom was even supplied with a bathroom mat. The only thing that might need changing is the shower pipe as it was slightly twisted because of overuse previously, but was great overall. The bedroom was lovely too, a nice wardrobe that even came hangers for clothes and a fan if it got too hot during the night, there was also another small TV which was great to have. The pillows and blankets were super soft and so was the bed, it could be a little bigger but considering the room size a double bed is best suited. It was really comfy and felt like home.

Bella's place is perfect for a trip to Warwick. It's less than a 5 minute walk into town, and 2 minutes to Sainsburys. There's a convenient car park right outside the flat. The flat was immaculate throughout - tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, with good quality pillows, duvet and linen. Bella was a very responsive host, and very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Truly excellent Airbnb. Hotel quality & style accommodation with all the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb. Private and easy access.

Absolutely lovely place. Only access between the 2 houses is outside which was a little chilly but unfortunately airbnb does not yet control the january weather! Very friendly and communicative hosts. Would definitely book again. We had 17 people stay and it never once felt cramped or crowded. (Except for the morning bathroom queue!)

House is perfect for a big group, very clean and excellent location

Our operatives liked this property, no issues upon checking in and they had a comfortable stay. Only note they mentioned to me was the area to park was a squeeze for our work van, other than that no issues at all.

We had a pleasantly comfortable, warm and satisfying stay at this 2.5 bed + 2.5 bathroom house! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, washing machine + drier and a large fridge. The hosts are one of the best in business and I have often stayed at their other properties as well and this one although doesn’t has the charm of a beautiful neighbourhood but is modern and almost Scandinavian in it’s choice of furnishings & interiors. Great TV, minimalist furniture, very good showers, 2 parking bays with one having a Tesla Charger were all plus points and I would totally recommend this place for a group of up to 4-5 people. There’s a decent backyard as well which we couldn’t use due to extremely cold weather but would be a big boon for someone travelling in summers! All in all, we had a wonderful stay 😁

Alex's place was lovely - is far bigger than it looks from the outside. Lounge/dining area is a great space. kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy. Would recommend & stay again when in the area.

Great stay! The house is in a really quiet location and close to all the local amenities such as shops and a great park for the kids. Rachel was really quick to respond when we had queries. Would recommend!

Claire’s house was incredible exactly like the pictures if not better. The garden is huge and so well kept, the house is extremely clean and homely and to top it off the area is amazing, great restaurants a shopping centre / mall and supermarkets all within a 5/10 minute walk and few minute drive, as well out nice places to walk. The house is great value for money and I would recommend Claire’s home to anyone travelling to West Midlands.

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Teresa's. Before the snowboarding lesson at SnowDome for the little one. We really like the character of the place with the exposed beams. Archie really enjoyed seen the horses and chickens. Spotlessly clean and everything what you need for your stay. Thank you for having us and we do recommend the place!

We had a lovely time spent at this airbnb. It was a brilliant location for what we went to Birmingham for. Walkable to many shops & restaurants and secure parking. Eviano was a lovely host, very responsive to all queries & gave clear & easy instructions to follow. The flat was clean & clutter free. I enjoyed the shower, had hot water & very decent water pressure (which is what we all really want for a shower). 😄 After a long day of travel & attending a concert, it was nice to get to go back & unwind in comfort. Thank you, Eviano for having us.

Great space. Good communication from the host and a nice part of Birmingham. We had a nice two nights whilst up here working and would not hesitate to stay again.

staying in Sophie's apartment was fantastic - the location was great for the NEC (10 minute Uber ride that was always ~£10). The apartment itself was clean with comfy beds, a good kitchen and an excellent lounge. We would aim to book this apartment again if we returned to the NEC. thank you Sophie!
