Family-friendly holiday rentals in Biscay

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

A great house to stay with a big family. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside, in less weather there is plenty to entertain you inside. The kitchen is super well equipped. The beds are lovely and there are nice warm duvets for fresh nights. Beaches close and the city of Bilbao easy to reach by car. We had a great time.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. It was a very good place to stay, with a very nice host. It is appreciated to have the train very close to go to Bilbao without having to take the car. The house is very spacious and cozy.

Castro Urdiales is a lovely seaside town. The apartment is a short walk from the centre & waterfront. Lovely atmosphere here where you can linger over coffee admiring the monument complex of lighthouse, Roman bridge, chapel & the beautiful 13th century church whilst watching the world go by. Tranquil. The apartment is warm clean & comfortable. All usual daily requirements easily available within a short walk. There is a fabulous direct sea view from the balcony. A perfect relaxing place Raul is a superb host. Kind & friendly. He met any enquires in a timely manner. He is the sort of person who goes the extra mile.

wonderful. the apartment is un gozado and the jacuzzi great, after hiking in the bush, is the best gift. The host is always attentive to all the details and we were able to go at the time that was good for us to have no customers the next day, it is a detail. We will definitely return because the area plays a lot: Mt, Ferrata, caves, etc.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

We stayed at Araceli's cozy, clean house for 1 night. It's a lively place and from the balcony you can see all kinds of things. We slept wonderfully and kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all the comforts. This accommodation is definitely recommended.

The stay we shared with friends, it really was a welcoming experience, it had everything you need and Andoni was always very kind and clear with the directions. We very much enjoyed our stay

Eva was great everything made us super easy, there was no place to park and she immediately looked for us parking at a very good price. He responded immediately and came to the apartment to put Netflix on us😍 thanks Eva everything spectacular as if we were home. And beautiful Mundaka. Recommended💯. Beautiful walks to do nearby . We went to see the Nervion Falls. Unfortunately there was no water but the panorama is beautiful, breathtaking scenery! We recommend this beautiful home . We had a great time at Jaione's house, which is located in a beautiful mountain environment with sea views. The house was very convenient for our family: the grandparents had their bedroom and shower room with toilet on the ground floor, parents and children were spread out in 3 bedrooms upstairs, where there is a large bathroom with toilet. All the bedrooms were very nice, as was the kitchen dining room, a large open plan room allowing everyone to rest or play. The kids enjoyed the garden to play around the house. Jaione was very helpful throughout our stay by giving us tourist and practical advice. A big thank you!

Lovely apartment on the first floor with a lift. Very roomy for a family of four but for two couples the second bedroom is a squeeze. The rest of the place is great; couldn’t fault it. Excellent position allowed us to walk everywhere.

I would this property. Well located in a quiet area, bars are close but you can't hear anything at night. The accommodation is clean, the beds are comfortable and you have everything to have a good stay (towel, washing machine...). Asuncion greeted us with a smile and a welcome gift. She gave us a good place to eat. She is responsive and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions. For young parents, I recommend this address, a bed umbrella and a high chair are available. Everything is thought out in detail: there is already shower gel, salt, olive oil, dish soap ect... these small details are important because it prevents you from having to buy everything when you arrive on vacation. The accommodation is close to the city center you can do anything on foot. For children and animals, a park is close by.

Apartamento highly recommended. Arturo gave us facilities at all times at the time of the collection of the keys and everything was in good order. Perfect terrace for lunch or dinner if you are lucky enough to make the weather good.

We absolutely loved our stay! The area and property is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is enormous for a home in Spain. It’s well decorated with antiques and the beds were comfy and firm. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We had local friends over for lunch and had a magical meal on the terrace, they were all in awe of the place.

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings, with a spacious garden surrounded by beautiful hills. The flat was very clean and spacious and the pool was warm! Great to have access to a solar-powered charger for our electric car too. There is a spacious garage and a communal room with billiard table, ping-pong, go-carts etc, so plenty for kids to do. Plus there's a lovely little friendly dog! Mertxe and her husband were wonderful - friendly, informative and instantly responsive when we had an issue with our fridge; they also gave us several bottles of delicious wine as compensation for the (minor) trouble. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation, spacious, in a great location, with an elevator that leads directly to the covered garage, pool and two supermarkets in front of the house. We had a great time! I would go back for a future trip

Everything was very good. The house was very well equipped and Estibalez was very quick to respond to all the messages we sent him. Very close to the beach and a very quiet area.
