We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Time out at Klopferbach II

The apartment on the Klopferbach is located at the end of a side street, nestled in the countryside. Our three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the wooden house built in 2020 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay on 90 square meters. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wooden floor, one with a workspace, as well as a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. A large balcony with seating and views of the countryside completes the offer.

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Und doch ist es die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge- Ziele wie der Arber oder St. Engelmar sind in 35 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die Kreisstadt Regen ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Perfekt zum Aufenthalt: incl. der ACTIV-CARD (viele kostenfreie Eintritte!)

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the Bavarian Forest in the beautiful town of Regen, right on the Schwarzer Regen river. A shopping mall, as well as restaurants and shops serving daily needs, are within walking distance. Some hiking trails start right behind the house. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package (oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the accommodation. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with a lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can follow a stream to the peaks. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

You are renting a fully furnished, 83 square meter apartment for a 3 to 5-person family in the Deggendorf district of Himmelreich, just 500 meters from the nature reserve of the same name in a quiet side street. The train station is also an 8-minute walk away and even the two kilometers to the old town are felt to be just a stone's throw (10 minutes by car).
