Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

In the heart of Burgundy, large bright house with 3 double beds and two armchairs perfect for children; baby kit on request (folding cot, high chair). Linen provided. 2 hours from Paris, close to: - Medieval castle of Guédelon, - Château de Saint Fargeau with its sound and light show - Saint Amand en Puisaye, capital of pottery, - Château de Ratilly, - Saint Sauveur-en-Puisaye. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval site of Guédelon (30 minutes' walk along a pretty path through the forest/6 minutes by car), the old Martins farm is nestled in the heart of the Puisaye, a land of water, greenery and forest. It is a typical poyaudine construction in purple sandstone and ochre plaster. In one of the buildings, a gîte welcomes lovers of peace and quiet and unspoilt nature. Family welcome. Ping pong.
