Old XIXth century longere, redesign in 1920, and totally refurbished in 2020. West exposure, very lightful living rooms (sun till 10PM in the summer). You'll discover the masterful tower, also renovated, in the center of the village, and you may enjoy the splendid views on the famous Perche hills from the more than 2.5 acres garden, with orchard and closed pond.

The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
