Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det passar fint för en familj 4-6 personer eller kollegor på tjänsteresa. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat.
