Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. During summertime it will be possible to rent a boat (10ft pioneer) with 5hp outboard motor located in the shore just below the apartment. Fantastic fishing opportunities

Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. Open plan living area with cozy sofa, rocking chair, panoramic windows and fireplace. Suitable for singles, couples, families and small groups of up to 5 people. From the front door, you can go straight onto the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) and many more. The fjord can be reached after approximately 1.5 kilometres.

Only 5 minutes to walk to the tram that takes you towards the city center, or deep into the field. The apartment is sheltered and secluded in a quiet residential area. Perfect for a quiet stay with proximity to nature and city. Electric car chargers are available. Charging for a fee of NOK 75 per charge.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
