Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

The exterior of the lodge is composed of natural wood logs, showcasing a traditional design. Large front balconies are visible on the upper level, framed by green shrubs and surrounded by tall trees. The entrance features a set of wooden steps leading to the front door.
