We are a 15-20 min's drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 min's away. We are close to the coast and river Wyre, the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. *Please note we do have 4 labs, that are very sociable and extremely friendly. The Shed @Rectory Cottage is a cozy cabin perfect for a restful retreat or a peaceful work-from-home getaway. Inside, the room can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends. A small table serves as a practical workstation or a dining spot for two, while the cabin’s adjoining patio and grassed areas offer a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, perfect for putting your feet up and soaking in the garden views.

The Laurels- A Little Hidden Gem

The Laurels offers the perfect escape for couples and friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Inside The Laurels, you’ll find a double bed dressed with soft, comfortable bedding, tastefully decorated, perfect to escape from everyday life. For small families, we can accommodate a third person while we don’t keep a futon in the pod, one can be arranged upon request. The wood-fired hot tub requires logs, kindling, and firelighters. Available for purchase on-site before 5 pm, this is not pre-lit.

Set within 27 acres, this peaceful holiday home offers a relaxing place to stay whilst being within easy reach of attractions and amenities. Only 4 minutes drive to Lytham, with St Annes and Blackpool being just further along the coast. The holiday park has fishing access for guests and a private woodland. This 6 berth caravan offers 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom and small ensuite to master bedroom. Light and spacious living and kitchen dining.
