The condo was clean and modern. There was everything you could imagine you would need. Every switch is labeled. The towels were the best part. They were of high quality. And plenty of them. The HVAC was great. The condo felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. The only issue was communication about the code. They do not communicate over Airbnb. They will give this only to your email, which I did not know. You need to insure you have all of the info you need at least a day or two before you go.

What a blast! This is the second time I've facilitated a group trip to Kristie's place for a weekend of pickleball, food, and laughter. I'm already planning the next one! The house and other buildings are well-equipped and well-kept and provided everything we needed to fully enjoy our time together, including a gorgeous view of the lake from the dining table we gathered around. Absolutely recommend.

The home was much more than I expected. My host was super.

We had a great time during our stay. The beds were comfy, the cabin was clean and very nice, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition! Definitely was able to rest and relax and everyone slept so well! I will for sure seek this place out for our next stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again at this location in the future! The location is perfect, with convenient lake access and access to other nearby activities. The house is pristine & gives both vacation and homey vibes. Marsiela was responsive and easy to work with. I can't recommend highly enough and would definitely stay again in the future!

Had a wonderful time with the family, Tammy was a great host! Very responsive and communicative. Definitely a better fit for older kids (the hills 🤣), but Tammy had ALL the essentials for babies to be accommodated and right at home! And the littles loved fishing too. It was an excellent spring break for us!

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!

Josh was a great host who communicated quickly after the property was booked and leading up to our stay. He also checked in with us while we were there to make sure all was good. The house was beautiful with a great open concept family room/kitchen that provided a perfect space to hang out with family and friends. The house was conveniently well stocked with all basic needs and was right across the street from a community center with a gym and sizable indoor pool. Overall a great stay and would happily return for a future getaway!

The place was beautiful and private with great views and not too far away. Linda & Michael were wonderful. They were very nice, helpful and ready to meet any need to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We look forward to going back in the future.

Thank you, Richard, for a WONDERFUL stay at your cottage. We came to Blacksburg so that our dog could have her surgery at Tech and Richard's cottage location couldn't have been more perfect. We laughed to each other when we discovered everything we needed was 7 minutes away or less. The bed was so comfortable and the entire house was spotless. Since we needed to stay for a few days this really felt like a great landing spot for us, a home away from home. We had to make many trips to the small animal hospital and were grateful that it was such an easy back-and-forth from the house. Richard was extremely communicative, kind, and responsive. Check-in/check-out was easy. Nice that parking was right next to the house. Next time we come back we'd love to use the fire pit (just too busy this time around). This will be our spot when we come back to Blacksburg -- if it's not already booked. Thank you so much, Richard!

Relaxing and amazing place. The house a very very well equipped. Lot of fun with my family during our stay.

This was our second stay at Kate's beautiful home and we are already planning a third. Quiet and peaceful with absolutely beautiful views of the cove and lake beyond. The house is sparkling clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we found plenty to do to keep ourselves entertained.

Really enjoyed staying here. Close to VT, large enough to have our daughter and some friends over for dinner. Very communicative owner. Will stay here again on a future visit to BBG.

We have a great time, I will recommend for the house to have a baby gate for porch stairs sense the Clif around the house are no baby proof . the house is beautiful and super clean . Firepit area is super peaceful. I didn't. get a chance to go down to the river sense I'm pregnant and I was afraid of falling down. But everyone else went down and love it ! now be prepared for a very hard time going up . Is whole workout . My husband and Brother in law try fishing for 4 days and no luck , but they love the peaceful time seating by the river . One thing to check the AC change randomly from cold to heat I will highly recommend this place for a all adults group .

Beautiful place to stay! Right in the water with wonderful outdoor amenities. Host was wonderful and attended to all our needs.

Another great stay at The Nest. We have been back to this location several times in the last several years. It is extremely close to our family that we can visit them every time we go down! We also are close to the town of Gap Mills and Union in which we visit each time. I can not express enough how amazing The Nest is and how friendly Thomas is when we plan our trips! 10/10 would recommend and 1000% will be staying here again and for the foreseeable future for our trips down!

We were very satisfied with the home. Angela was responsive to all questions in a timely manner. There is a large herd of deer frequenting the property and we enjoyed watching the yearlings play in the yard.

This place was perfect for a few days of fishing at Smith Mountain Lake. It was very quiet, private and relaxing. The host was very helpful and everything was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are a fisherman with a boat as it was easy to park and you are only a few minutes away from the closest ramp. Bill was awesome and the place was great!

Debbie was a most gracious host and the home was perfect! Everything we needed was provided, especially in the kitchen. The surrounding farm was beautiful and so peaceful. This is definitely a place we want to stay again. We met our daughter here for a family weekend and we plan to return!

Susan's Airbnb was an absolute dream! On a stunning location in Christiansburg, the place is scenic and convenient! The airbnb was so beautifully decorated, spacious and the beds were all so comfy. There were such cool historical facts about the house displayed on the walls (like the fact the two of the beds were made beautifully by her father from trees on the property), and such a cool retro aesthetic. The kitchen was just what we needed and the bathroom was spotless and luxurious. Susan was so nice and easy to communicate with and check in was smooth and parking was easy. We were lucky to stay here and can’t wait to come back!

The home is absolutely beautiful! Our entire family was extremely comfortable with lots of gathering places and games to keep us entertained. Julie was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again.
