An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Set within an acre of secluded gardens, Penroc Barn sits in the beautiful Welsh countryside just outside the market town of Llandovery. It dates from the sixteenth century and is a self-contained part of a larger property where the owner lives. It has been uniquely and sympathetically converted to retain its true character and highlight the beautiful old beams. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families & kids, and furry friends (Two well-behaved pets only).

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. Lovely old cottage, great for a relaxing get away with family or friends. Ideal quiet location on the edge of Llansadwrn village with the local friendly pub within walking distance. With the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep there is plenty to do including lots of gardens, castles and mountains to visit. A car is ideal to get around although there is a local bus stop close to the house with a service bus travelling to llandeilo or Llandovery. The nearest railway station is Llangadog.
