Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Very cozy and quiet 2-room apartment (45 sqm) with beautiful, deep south balcony directly at the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park incl. MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU. From here you can start your mountain tour directly from the front door or reach many attractive places in no time. The Ossi-Reichert cable car with ski operation is only 4 km away. The apartment is the ideal base for a great and unforgettable vacation. Several bakeries, restaurants, shopping are easily accessible.

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the cellar. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, woollen blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Located in a quiet area, it invites you to relax and relax (dead end, no through traffic). The view goes towards Grünten. A central starting point for any outdoor activities. The cross-country ski trail, hiking trails, direct bike path are 100 m on foot. The famous Sonnenalp golf course is 2 km away. You will love my place because of the coziness, the location and the view. My place is great for solo adventurers and business travelers.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.
