It is set at garden level / semi-basement level: this keeps it naturally cool in summer, although it may be less bright than an apartment on an upper floor.

Our small house located at the back of our main residence will seduce you with its warmth, calm and brightness. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a 160 bed upstairs. The staircase is rather narrow and not suitable for children. You will have access to the private terrace and the back garden if the weather is nice. Parking is free on the street in front of the accommodation.
