The house sleeps up to max 4 adults and 2 kids with 3 bathrooms and one common kitchen/living room. It has several terraces in all directions providing sun or shade as you prefer. Outdoor parking on plot. Bars/restaurants just next doors. Shopping just minutes away by car.

My house is beautiful, old, family-friendly, functional. I maintain it with my soul as an artist, its price corresponds to its obsolescence, I love it that way, it is a way of life. Mountains, palm grove, sea, fishing village, sea shuttle, diving, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, Iberian culture, quiet, delicious in all seasons.

In this accommodation you can breathe peacefully, you go directly to the beach, it is a very large and uncrowded beach, ideal for children as it is shallow. The protected natural park of Las Salinas begins 50 meters away, with wild beaches and beautiful walks, and it has a huge colony of aquatic birds, especially flamingos and herons. Santa Pola is a tourist town with a great promenade with a great variety of restaurants, beach bars and the beautiful island of Tabarca.
