Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Our furnished Loftland loft apartment with a 3.85 m ceiling height in the Telefunkenwerke in Steglitz-Zehlendorf). The apartment has a guest toilet, toilet with bath and shower. In the kitchen there are high-quality Miele built-in wardrobes including oven, stove, extractor hood and dishwasher. The apartment also has a heat radiator from the floor directly in front of the balcony, so that the cold air can be blocked with open doors. An elevator is of course also available.

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

Kick back and relax in our quietly located little home sweet home. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.
