Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija was a particularly available host and had great tips for visiting the city and its surroundings. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped and located 15 minutes' walk from the old town, 10 minutes' drive from the first beaches. Parking is available and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We'll come back without hesitating!

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

The place was great in a good location if you want to have a peaceful and quiet stay while being able to reach anywhere around the city and islands. The beach close by is very peaceful and perfect for a morning swim. Would 100% recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

The location of Nikolina’s place was AMAZING. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful bay with swimming right off the dock in front of the apartment. There is also La Banya beach bar and Mimi’s restaurant a short walk away in the bay. However, you would want to have a car if staying here as Korcula and Lumbarda are a short drive away (not really walkable). The apartment is very well equipped and we requested a crib and highchair, both were there when we arrived. The crib had a nice thick crib mattress as well as crib sheets and was perfect for safe sleep for my six month old. Nikolina and family were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spacious and super clean, with a small terrace that gave us a breathtaking view of the city! We look forward to coming back!

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Jelena was a lovely host and provided us with two platters of delicious food! The view from the property was amazing and the location was ideal for the beach and going into Omiš. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would recommend staying here we hope to return

Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this super modern well equipped villa. The description and photos do not do the place justice. The 4 bedrooms all have modern ensuite bathrooms and the whole house has great easy to use AC. We were greeted with platters of local Dalmation cheese, ham and fruit and a fridge full of drinks. The outdoor covered area is a lovely place for meals and has a great bluetooth speaker for poolside tunes - my kids loved it. The perfect place to hide away from the Makarska Riviera crowds by the pool and BBQ but close enough to the beaches when you want them. Hire Car needed.
