You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

In a village located on the Burgundy Canal and surrounded by a magnificent landscape, this pretty little bright house overlooks an enclosed green space, seen from a huge bay window. In this former carpenter's workshop, Cécile's paintings and sculptures are on display. An original place, restored with taste and sympathy.
