The dormitory in Wierum is a beautiful and cozy apartment with private sauna (for an additional fee), located in a former primary school 100m from the Wadden Sea. It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage, where you can intensely enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can accommodate up to 5 people. Children can have fun on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

Guesthouse in the North Frisian countryside

The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the Wanswert church. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we have used second-hand furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a pleasant living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden around it, a private front door and lots of privacy.

Tiny house Bij de borg

At the top of the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Relax and unwind in our beautiful vacation home with views over the Jan Durkspolder. Enjoy the silence! With a private deck and completely unobstructed view, you have plenty of privacy! The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

The Landscape

Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

All our apartments have their own entrance, kitchen, shower and toilet. Here you can easily keep 1.5 meters away from other guests. We offer you a space for 7 people. And the Skuorrehûs is suitable for those with disabilities. Living room with kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen, utility room, 2 terraces, and free parking. Ground floor (also suitable for those with disabilities): Less than 5 minutes to the boat from Ameland. 10 minutes to Dokkum and 20 minutes to Leeuwarden.

Recreatiepod FerWad

Stay in the cozy FerWad Pod, in the middle of the Frisian mounds landscape and close to the Wadden Sea. Here, nature is central: wake up with wide views, hear the birds and enjoy the peace and quiet. The Pod is compact but complete with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining table for two. There is plenty of storage space and outside you have your own veranda. Via the gravel path, you can easily reach the Pod and park your car right next to it.

Tinyhouse Stilte aan het Water Geniet van rust en natuur in ons sfeervolle tinyhouse aan het water in Stiens. Met eigen ingang, airco, privacy en uitzicht over het water. Perfect om te suppen, vissen of zwemmen. Extra’s: ontbijt, huur van sups en e-bikes. Nabij Leeuwarden en Holwerd (veerboot Ameland). Fiets- en wandelroutes starten bij de achtertuin. In het weekend serveren wij (tegen betaling) een ontbijt, door de week alleen in overleg.
