Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (very often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults, as it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. There is a bar/restaurant in the nearby village (2 minutes away), and Lac de Pannecière is 5 minutes away, where you can swim, fish, go canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. There you will find peace and quiet, with Lake Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lake Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7 min.
