This completely newly renovated apartment is located in one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Detmold, right in the historic city center. The special charm of this accommodation lies in many details, such as the original preserved wooden framework and the high-quality interior fittings. One double bedroom, sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom offer plenty of comfort. Accommodation in the pedestrian zone near the market square. The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

It has its own entrance and offers 70 m² of living space, which is divided into two rooms with a separate kitchen and a shower room with a separate toilet. The water is supplied via a private well.

In the village itself there are supermarkets, bakeries, pubs and restaurants (10-minute walk). Small dogs on request

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Small cozy 2-room apartment in a half-timbered house

We are renting out a cosy little flat with a large garden in Detmold-Diestelbruch. It offers two sleeping places in the bedroom, an additional sleeping place on the sofa in the living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Ideal for 2 people, but if you can squeeze in a bit, 3 or even 4 people can comfortably stay with us for a few days. The garden, terrace and pool are available for shared use.
