Holiday rentals in Bloomington

Amazing place. Clean and cozy, just like the pictures. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, with a pond up the hill. We fished multiple days catching bluegill and largemouth bass. We truly enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. The cabin was secure and enough secluded, but not too far off the path to downtown Nashville. I would LOVE to come back!

We had a delightful experience! The space is beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeping accommodations were great and exceeded that of other locations. The wooded back yard with outdoor seating area allowed us to watch a variety of interesting birds as they came to the bird feeder. Very quiet - very private! Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

We loved The Pumpkin House! The house was so cute and well decorated. The location was prime, and walkable to Kirkwood. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating with recommendations. I can’t wait to come back to Bloomington, so we can stay here again! Thank you!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great place to stay if you are visiting IU. Tracy is a 5 star host. Excellent communication and very proactive. The home is in pristine condition with clean comfortable bedding and linens and plenty of towels. We are repeat visitors to this property and will be staying again.

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

Barb’s tiny house is a great location in Bloomington - close to everything we wanted - campus, restaurants, and the farmers market.
