Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
