Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
