Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

By train/car you are in 10 minutes in Feldkirch and Bludenz.

It is a small, about 35 m², cozy non-smoking self-catering apartment with forecourt, outdoor seating and car parking in sunny location on the outskirts of the Alpine town of BLUDENZ. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a thrift market in the immediate vicinity. All transport connections to the popular regions are in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home (fully equipped). The municipality of Nüziders is centrally located to the 5 valleys of Klostertal, Montafon, Brandnertal, Walgau and large Walsertal and offers many leisure activities in the field of sports, hiking, cycling and culture as well as the proximity to numerous recreational and ski resorts. The alpine town of Bludenz with old town is within easy reach.

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
