The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

This charming farm house is perfect for a quick get-away and a glimpse of life on the farm. The house is nestled on a working cattle ranch amid rolling pastureland and forest. There are two private fish ponds, both within walking distance from the farm house. There is plenty of space to walk/hike (100+ acres). For those visiting the Joseph M. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.
