The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos. It's clean, nice, and very spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need and more to cook. The downstairs bedroom is cozy with plenty of storage and TV. The bathroom has a large shower, a bidet and a piece of furniture to store these things. The upper bedroom is beautiful, made in a dark wood with views of the downstairs room and a small ensuite bathroom. The terrace is huge, with a magnificent view of the bay and the ocean, pleasant at all hours of the day, protected from the wind and very well furnished and furnished and furnished; my favorite place! The apartment is located at the entrance of the city, slightly set back, it is very quiet. The beach and kite club are 2 minutes away, the center is less than 5 minutes away; there is a very good restaurant just behind the house. Giovanni, whom I met when I left, is very friendly and the communication was easy and pleasant.

Nice apartment, very beautiful sea view, quiet. Someone was waiting for us when we arrived and so easily picked up the keys when we returned, on a simple call a few minutes before. €10 by taxi from and to the airport. We had all our meals outside, restaurants nearby and there is plenty to do in town, 10mn walk.

Really nice apartement with a balcony! You can walk to the beach, to the supermarket etc. The hosts are really helpful in any way. Kitchen is not well equipped, no forks or pot. Put the stove is working now.

The apartment is well located in Boa Vista in a quiet and secure area. It does not have a direct view of the ocean but really next to the beautiful Praia do Estoril beach. The accommodation is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. A roof terrace, with access to the building and beautiful views of the beach completes the living room. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Thanks Giusy, we had a good time in the apartment.

The building is quiet but there are grocery stores nearby. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are bars and restaurants. there are xar works the front square is under construction but it is not inconvenient. It's going to be beautiful afterwards. In the accommodation it is not luxury but there is everything you need and it is clean. there is a small balcony and a private terrace the size of the apartment on the roof! Everything was as advertised and the hosts communicate very well. Thanks to them.

We appreciated being within walking distance of several restaurants and a supermarket, which made exploring the local area a breeze. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and we enjoyed engaging with the friendly locals. While this Airbnb was slightly more expensive than others we rented during our trip, the beachfront setting made it well worth the price.

Communication with Monica was excellent! She replies immediately, gave a lot of suggestions and was extremely helpful! We had to extend our stay 2 days, as the airport got closed due to a sandstorm. Monica was super! She helped us promptly in getting a new apartment where we could stay even without knowing for how long. Both apartments were sparkling clean and we where happy to stay with her. Thanks a lot!!

We were really happy with our stay. The island is great for getting a more natural and less touristy experience. And this apartment is very well located between the city and the nature so it's a short walk to town, to the beach and to the nearby countryside. The apartment is very nice and the surrounding restaurants are absolutely great. It's also good to be living literally on top of the local store so getting quick snacks and drinks is super convenient. Our host was very friendly and professional. There was transport from and to the airport and she also helped us with finding things to do on the island.

Very clean, welcoming accommodation and hotel. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and very professional. ideally located for activities, restaurants, the port.... The calm is very nice . Thanks to Ricardo for his excellent hosting and advice during our stay. Just perfect! Highly recommend!
