Apartment holiday rentals in Cabo Verde

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it is in an elevated position looking over the road to the sea. The road is busy at times but isn't noisy. Parking is easy, there is even some shade for the car. Great location, four minutes to the plateau, 10 to the airport. There's air con in each room, but we didn't need it in March, the ventilation is excellent, and fly screens on all the opening windows keep bugs out. Obtaining the keys was easy, and the host responded to communication quickly.

Well located accommodation, not far from everything , clean accommodation with all the comforts you need, Rainer is always available and good advice , do not hesitate for your holidays in Sal that's perfect!

The apartment was very clean and the location, on the beach and close to the center, was perfect! A small downside was the small shower, but for the rest the apartment was very spacious. Communication with Antony and Susana went smoothly and clearly.

The communication with Rachael went smoothly. She was also very accommodating to us in case of concerns and took care of our concerns very quickly. The apartment is right on the beach and coffee, with a mini shop was right around the corner. For 1 week, 2 rolls of toilet paper were a little too scarce,but I don't know if we asked if we had got 2 more rolls. Otherwise very cozy, we would come back here. Thank you

We felt our relaxing holiday had started as soon as we were greeted by a very happy person who drove us to Zuela's place from the airport . On arrival we were greeted by Zuela and she in a very professional and friendly manner showed us around her place and showed us a map of the area . On the balcony she used her hands as directions to say where to go . Whilst our stay we found everything functional . Good WIFI. However there was one morning when there was going to be NO electricity supply in the whole block of flats . Zuela did inform us two days before and apologised ..we prepared ourselves. On the morning of no electricity..we had NO water supply too .. There was no WIFi..and we couldn't reach out to Zuela but luckily the block is looked after by Security and he assured us everything would be back to normal within two hours ..and it was . Zuela's place is comfortable and the area feels safe . car hire on the block . Thank you so much Zuela . Hope to come back again !!

easy communication with our hosts; responsive if needed; very spacious and well-equipped accommodation; well located for the beach , ferries and the city center. perfect stay at Jasper and Nelly's.

With my wife we had a great three weeks in Ina and Za's apartment. I highlight in the first place the hospitality of the hosts and their domestic employee, Chuchuca, the good communication and directions to get around in Praia and Santiago. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with lots of light and everything you need. The building is attractive, modern and in perfect condition. Keep in mind that it is on a main track, so the eventual noise of some discouraged biker is unavoidable in the room, although there are good windows to dim it; in the rooms it is much less noticeable and ultimately we found it tolerable. Terra Branca is a popular neighborhood well served and safe; easy access, about eight minutes from the center by mail (# 2). Very close to the apartment there are two well-stocked mini markets, and the small Terra Blanca market is about six minutes on foot. On the way to the market you pass by the famous Rua d'Arte, devised by Tutu Sousa. Magnificent experience!

Which it was an exceptional place to stay. Communication with the host and elsewhere was very accommodating. We had forgotten things, she arranged to find French people to bring them back, it's exceptional! The only small problem we had was the toilet overflowing when we hadn't put paper, but it wasn't out... You want to book this place, with your eyes closed and the big advantage is that we are far from the tourist mass. Thank you for everything

A fabulous apartment, small complex with pool and direct beach access - just as described. Peter was a great host - met us on arrival and gave lots of helpful local tips. The apartment was spotless, very comfy bed, and had everything we needed for our stay. Really recommend it and Santa Maria is beautiful! Thank you 🤩

One of the best views ever. And the sound of the ocean right out the front door is so peaceful. A 2 minute walk to a restaurant. Or a 3 minute walk. Or a 4 minute walk. Or a string of restaurants during your 30 minute walk. I could easily spend more time on the upper veranda, watching the waves come in. My wife slept upstairs in a comfortable bed while I slept downstairs in one of another pair of comfortable beds. I chose downstairs because I have a bad knee and I found the stairs to the upper bedroom problematic. Other than that “No Problem.” The local maid provided what we asked for and Luis remotely answered every question promptly. Done deal, thanks Luis. It was an affordable long weekend.

Kevin has been the most thoughtful host. The apartment is so cozy and in walking distance from the beach Laginha and the city center. Overall such a nice experience. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful two-beds, two-bathrooms apartment, spotlessly clean, within a resort. Access to the pools, restaurants and the beach. The price is for the accommodation, possible to upgrade to all-inclusive within the resort area for 71 EUR/person. A bit remote from Santa Maria, within a resort, all matching the description. Recommendations.

Easy check-in. Since we landed in Praia at night, Mickaël took care of a taxi for us The place was clean and tidy. Mickaël was always quick to respond to our concerns. Smaller shopping opportunities are nearby. The beach can be reached in 25-30 minutes on foot. (With children)

The apartment is very well located, near Cabral beach and the center of Sal Rei. It corresponds to the description and was perfect for our stay. A lot of good restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to the beaches. The apartment was clean and functional. We really appreciated all Bettina's recommendations - walks, local guide, restaurants, taxi etc. She answered very quickly to all messages.

The apartment is located close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets... extremely organized and clean environment. Comport 6 people very well, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms with bathtubs, comfortable beds... I would recommend it!

great apartment, everything you need for daily life is there, you have a Supermarket on the grounds of the hotel that allows you to take the first necessities, remember to pay in Cape Verde, the premises round up and most of the time you lose 10%😉.
