Apartment holiday rentals in Boca Chica Key

Beautiful development, loved the fishing dock and the pool. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This is definitely not a “home” but a rental property, having said that the location was PERFECT. It was in the middle of everything. We were able to walk the entire Southern Most Pointe area as we were so close w easy access to Mallory Square, Duvall Street and many of the nearby restaurants and shops. If you’re not looking for the homey extras this is the place to stay. We kept so busy we didn’t have a chance to check out the pool. Parking for our 2nd vehicle was a 15 minute walk by the rum distillery where we were able to leave it overnight 2 nights in a row for $40 a night. The convenience of having a full kitchen plus washer and dryer were nice as well. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

Our trip to Key West was perfect in large part to our accommodation. The apartment is as close to Duval as you can be…without having to hear the noise of the nightlife! Centrally located to many of Key West’s attractions, we were able to park our car for the night we arrived, until the morning we left. The walkability was amazing! Additionally, the place was spacious, clean, and well appointed. It was truly special and perfect for a couple’s getaway! For the price, you can’t beat it!

From beginning to end of trip, the directions were easy, the checkin was fast, and the place was exactly as described! Very comfy and easy to find everything. Left everything as instructed upon leaving, very easy checkout! Will stay again when we come back. Edge of town but easy drive to find everything!!

The unit is literally in the marina. Boat slips right outside the front door. Private parking. 10-15 minutes to downtown Key West. Groceries, restaurants, everything is close by. Any message I sent out was answered within minutes. It was a great experience overall. We loved our stay!

Indira’s place was very clean and so relaxing for our family. We liked watching fishing boats come and go while sitting in patio. Marathon is a great place to visit with so many family friendly parks and attractions nearby. I recommend it.

Great location. Close to Duval but away from the noise. Very walkable. Excellent communications.

Lovely place on the water, our place had 2 double beds in a bedroom and a large kitchen/den with a microwave and refrigerator. Thumbs up!

Phenomenal place to have when you want to just walk around and enjoy the souther most point will definitely consider this location again on my next trip

We enjoyed our stay in Key West! The apartment is lovely & was very clean. Reviews said it was so small…it is but we needed nothing else so it was perfectly fine for us. We enjoyed eating on the deck & having a siesta in the afternoon heat. The apartment is quiet & removed from the hub bub of Duval St yet is 1 block off Duval so an easy walk to most anything (except a grocery). We took advantage of the free bus when we were tired of walking so much or the heat. #1 recommendation-Moon Dog Cafe!!! Always busy & always a waiting line but definitely worth it!

This hideaway was just what we were looking for. The space is tight, but there are inventive storage solutions to help . The private hot tub was really nice. Would stay again if back in Key West.

Fantastic place to stay!

Don't underestimate the HUGE benefit of having unlimited access to the Cabana Club! This is a big perk with a private beach, pool and snacks. Really nice on days that you want to just chill with your family and relax. The house itself if amazing inside and has a great spot on the canal. Perfect if you want to rent a local boat or bring your own. The location is walkable to several parks and there are walking paths around the area. Farmers market and several restaurants are walkable. Really nice location! The process and the host were top notch. We are very picky about our rentals and we were impressed from start to finish...we will stay here again!

Loved the privacy and peacefulness staying here! Everything was spotlessly cleaned every day and I especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub to drink my coffee in the mornings. My husband loved it too and he’s not always easy to please. We had parking at the gate for our rented scooter and one night for our rented car. ❤️

A great spot for our family of five. Easy access to old Key West and all the local attractions. Great pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day of walking around. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Thanks for making our time in Key West so comfortable!

This place is beautiful! Right on the ocean, with plenty of chairs & loungers to hang out and watch the ocean. Its on the quieter side of the island, but still plenty of nearby bars & restaurants. A walk up Duval street will have everything you ever want to see, hear, buy or eat! Check in was easy, the room was very clean. There are french doors you can open up and get beautiful ocean views & a nice breeze. Beautiful spot! I'd come back!!!

We previously stayed on this property in the upstairs apt and liked the convenience to everything. Across the street is Ramshead Live. Down the block is Blue Heaven and other amazing restaurants. This space is secluded and we loved the hot tub. The bed was also very comfortable.

The condo is super clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. We didn't cook much, but has what is needed if we would have wanted to. The beds were comfortable. It is next to the airport, however, there were no late night flights to disturb us. The last commercial airplane was at 9 p.m. We enjoyed watching them take off and land in the morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. We would definitely come back and stay!

Sofya's place was perfect for my parents! They absolutely loved it. The space was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the comforts they needed. Sofya was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay and will be back. Super clean, great pool and right next to the ocean walk. There's a little grocery right on the property and it's very easy to get everywhere you need to be from this spot. Great place to stay.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.
