Holiday rentals with a sauna in Boca Ciega Bay

Great place and great hosts!

Easy to find and easy to get inside. Place was as described in pictures and clean. Close to lots of restaurants but quiet for being in a busy area. Host was super responsive and took care of our needs. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. The place was very clean and its a great location, also very convenient to restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would recommend this place, also owner always available at any time.

Nice location, easy access. Quieter than staying on Gulf Blvd which is nice.

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Absolutely awesome place very homely

Ann’s unit was very clean, matched photos. Decor is very bright and cheery. The king bed is very comfy. The couch is large and room for four of us to enjoy TV at the end of the day. Beach gear is available to use — chairs and a wagon and toys, etc. washer and dryer on another floor was great. The pool and hot tub were very clean.

GREAT LOCATION! It's not a night life spot. Beautiful views, Great neighborhood. Dolphins swimming off the back patio and AMAZING sunset out front. I highly recommend this BnB

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

We spent a week at the Suzanne apartment. It has a great location, close to the beach, grocery, and pharmacy stores. The cosy apartment is well equipped and has a great view on the canal. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great vacation in a great condo. Matthew was a very responsive host with clear check-in instructions and good communication throughout our stay. Location was perfect for our family - easily walked to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Car rental made it easy to visit local attractions. It is worth noting that the hurricane wrecked all of the bottom units in the complex and all of the central AC units. Matthew had portable AC in the condo, which was listed in the amenities section, but I must have missed when booking so we were surprised to find them. Other than the constant low hum of the units, the air was cool enough and did not have an effect on our enjoyment. Others should note that Madeira Beach is not 100% back from the hurricane but still was a great location for our vacation.

We had a fantastic 2.5-week stay at this apartment! The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, being so close to the beach – we loved being able to walk there easily. While the building has some age to it, it's clear that it's been very well maintained and is in good shape. One of our favorite aspects was the lovely balcony with a great view. We even had the amazing experience of seeing dolphins from it! The building's pools were also a highlight, and we appreciated how well-maintained they were throughout our stay. Overall, we recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a well-located place near the beach with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again! There was no gym on site due to the damage of the hurricane, hopefully they bring it back.

My family (my wife, my 20-month old daughter and I) stayed for a week in this condo: it was a perfect vacation. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Communication with the host was easy, kind and lightning fast. Instructions were absolutely clear. The condo was amazing, spotless clean. We got instant beach vibes when entering it, lovely decorated. All of equipment was state of the art, very well and modern equipped kitchen, nice BBQ grill, comfy beds, lots of towels and pillows, good bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature. AC was working well, too. We liked the available beach equipment and the cozy patio. Although not explicitly stated there has been a lot equipment for our daughter, such as children's cutlery + tableware and also a Graco pack 'n play, we absolutely appreciated that. Location is great: safe and calm. The ROC Park is located just across the street, our daughter had a blast on the playground and the splash pad. We will definitely book again!

This was such an amazing stay for my family. Extremely family friendly. Has everything you could possibly think of that you probably didn't think you needed. I had kids from ages 1-13 and there was stuff for each of them to be entertained and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would stay here again if I come back to Bradenton. As for the host Vlad. He was very attentive and engaged anytime myself or one of my family members reached out. Gave us recommendations for places to eat, entertainment, or just relax. Super awesome host and very welcoming.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this home as it appeared in its photos. We have experienced the opposite. This home was beautifully maintained - very clean - no clutter. We so enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and sitting area. It seemed pretty private, and provided so many things to entertain: air hockey, massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, fishing poles........... It's a great house for a family. Would definitely consider renting this again in the future. Thanks for making this such a welcoming home!

Absolutely loved the place. There was something for all ages to enjoy. Our family had so much fun we never really made it around town to do anything. Josh responded very quickly and was a great host. When I have the opportunity again, I will definitely check the availability and will mark as one of my favorites. Thank you again for the opportunity to make memories with my family in your home!

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.

We stayed at this Abnb for a spring break getaway for the grandkids,6 and 2. The pool slide is the greatest entertainment for kids.!!! Though the yard could use a little tlc, ( beautiful tropical plants) the outdoor pavilion, grill, hot tub , and pool were meticulously cared for and clean as was the interior of the house. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, and a movie projector screen and theatre lounge seats , were a big hit. ( Matthew patiently instructed us when we couldn’t figure out the set up). . Highly recommend this place for fun family gatherings . There’s a pacnplay, booster seat, stroller, provided for the littles, which helped not having to bring all of it for our 2 year old. The kitchen is a great layout but bring your own coffee, condiments, foil, Saran Wrap, more paper towels, and storage containers. If you are planning any heavy cooking the kitchen is a bit sparse. But the grill area is wonderful ! We loved our time here especially our six year old ! We will be back.
