Large kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning and fan; a small closet, cooler, umbrellas and kayak. If you like to fish, you can fish from shore on the beach just below the studio.

The beach is a short walk away, river is right outside the gate, fully equipped kitchen, AC, access to laundry room, fast WiFi. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking, fishing, snorkeling. You might see an iguana or two nesting in the trees alongside bananas and papaya trees. Safe and peaceful, Boca is a self sufficient little town.
