Lovely place, and the house manager was super helpful (even organized a grocery run for us!). We did not love the 4x4s driving on the beach bc we have young kids, but the pool at the house was amazing!

Pleasant stay, we were very comfortable, the apartment perfectly covered all our needs, and with the plus of a spectacular view, we will surely return

We LOVED staying here! The view is to die for and the kitchen and bedrooms offer just what we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The infinity pool is spacious and the water is refreshing. There are shaded areas by the pool for snack time and a toy room for babies and toddlers. Perfect place for families with adults who want to relax.

The apartment is in very good condition. Spacious and comfortable. It has what you need for a short stay, everything works. Although it is not right on the beach, it is a few steps away and very easy to reach. I always had quick and attentive communication due to the owners' parde. The building staff is friendly and we had no issues with the use of common areas. The apartment is very well located for quick and easy access to restaurant, shopping centers, etc. Highly recommended.

the accommodation, we liked it, if we returned, surely we would stay there again, the arrival and departure are autonomous with the clear indications, only a few cleaning details otherwise very good, it matches the description and photos, it is comfortable, there is no elevator and it is on a third floor, the location is good as long as and when you have your car to move, the center of Veracruz and the surrounding beaches is approximately 20 minutes away, and there is everything (tienditas, Oxxo, fruits and vegetables) around the development and 8 min the super, we did not use the pool in part because the weather was not very good and also because we didn't have much time.

The apartment is amazing, comfortable and with details that make you feel at home! Everything is impeccable, the cosina has quite useful utensils, the only thing I would add would be a little oil, from there on the outside you offer tea and coffee freshly ground. The view is beautiful and the pool area gives it a plus that I couldn't find elsewhere. We will definitely be back soon. In addition, the attention was second to none, they were always attentive to any situation and tried to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend the place.

excellent place to be with the family we enjoy it to the fullest, all the amenities as promised and the finishes of the apartment to all of them luxury. each room heated and with TV each one of them. The BREATHTAKING VIEW the best sunrises in the Gulf of Mexico. we will return to the place again and again. highly recommended, it pays that there are no more stars to qualify, if so I would give it 20 stars. From the beginning of the reservation, the attention was excellent. The stay is in excellent condition. It even includes products that we can buy so we don't have to leave the house and be able to enjoy the place. The well sized and heated pool, also has umbrellas that cover the sun to be in it for a long time. The place is clean has 1 room with 1 kingsize bed and private bathroom; another room with a bunk bed with double and single bed; the third room is a double bed and the last two share a full bathroom. All rooms, air-conditioned living room and kitchen. The kitchen has appliances and crumbs that make it easier for us to prepare food; the refrigerator is spacious. To have fun all the rooms have screens with roku, in the living room in addition to the screen there is an Xbox and board games for family fun. We would definitely stay again. Thank you very much for everything!

The house matches photos and description, it is an incredible place to stay, the best beaches are very close. Rodrigo is attentive, responds quickly and the house apart from bonita, is impeccable. Feel free to stay in this beautiful house. The fractionation is in one of the best places in Veracruz and its pool and gym are very nice and nearby has good restaurants, squares. Would come back without hesitation

We really liked the house, spacious, the nice pool, easy access, all heated, quiet and safe fractionation, the host was always attentive if needed.

The fractionation has a lot of security which gives you confidence, the house is excellent from the bedrooms with full bathroom each and air conditioning, kitchen with utensils, living room with air conditioning, cable TV and large screen and the pool is formidable of good size for children and the water for the type of weather is warm. The Mata beach of Uva is a 15-minute drive away and the waves are very quiet. Patricia and Rafael as hosts were always attentive and were quick to answer if they had any questions. I would 100% recommend the house, I would definitely come back again without hesitation.
