The place is clean and tidy everything is in good condition and is very comfortable and the view is great , it matches almost 100% with the photographs and description. Just mention that the pool is in another building and is only one for all the towers so it can get a little full and the beach is crossing an avenue but there is a pedestrian bridge just leaving the building.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the 4 toilets being 6 adults. It was clean and well-equipped. You have to respect the rules because everything remains filmed in the common areas. Be careful in one of the bedrooms it's not two single beds but a normal bed and a floor bed that you can't raise as you thought. Carlos was always very kind and quick to respond. We recommend it!

I love the place you arrive easy if you ask uber or didi, and if you carry a car they have a special parking drawer, and it is very safe has security filters so that not among anyone I recommend it also the view is spectacularrrr

The location was fantastic, offering easy access through Lomas de Sol and Lomas del Mar. There is a restaurant very close "La Parroquia de Veracruz" and there is an Oxxo close to the beach in the same residential complex. Also, "Mandinga" is close as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Marnez's Place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

The house is very nice and comfortable. Match the photos and description. The subdivision is very quiet, there is an oxxo inentro, which is very convenient. It has a beach, but you can not swim because it is open sea, although you can have a very comfortable time at the beach. It is away from chaos and traffic and very close (10 minutes) to beaches such as Mata de Uva or Antón Lizardo. It's super close to Mandinga where you eat delicious. Naomi, the co-host, was always attentive to our arrival and questions. He was very kind. The entry process is very simple. We loved it and had a great time.

Feel free to stay in this beautiful house. The fractionation is in one of the best places in Veracruz and its pool and gym are very nice and nearby has good restaurants, squares. It was an excellent stay, the apartment is very spacious and clean, we have a group of 7. We accommodated perfectly. The kitchen is exceptional and understanding. It is close to the beach, the seawall, the supermarket and the trucks that take us to the center. Super recommended.

The accommodation is the same as the photos, it has everything and everything works , the area is quiet and the guards are very friendly , the temperature of the pool is incredible even if the day is cloudy, as two blocks away there is a tent and the Boulevard de la playa is not far away . In my stay I had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the hosts were very kind to offer a solution , I will definitely stay here again☺️
