The kids enjoyed the fenced yard and even the little putting green was fun for young and old. Inside the house was perfect - clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Short drive to beach. One dog 25 lbs. or under allowed. Private Pool and tiki hut oasis in fenced in back yard. Includes floats, grill, outdoor shower and hot tub in season. Stay at the pool or go to the beach. We are located between Mizner Park shopping in Boca and Atlantic Ave restaurants in Delray Beach. We are 2 miles from FAU and Lynn U. Please couples or small families only. No partiers or collage age kids.
What guests are saying:“SIMPLY FABULOUS!! We loved the Boca Cottage for soooo many reasons... everything you need awaits - peace, tranquility, all the comforts of home! With a tiki-hut, poolside basecamp, you won't want to leave for the beach (though Delray was great for kite flying!). The hot tub was perfect for watching the stars rise with the full moon. Comfy furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and sparkling clean inside. Christy has everything covered, so check before you head to the grocery to stock up on supplies (only a mile away). Great wifi for remote workers. It can be hard to find wonderful pet-friendly places and we just don't travel anywhere our fur-baby isn't welcome. Pet lovers will appreciate the fenced backyard safety and comfort of a level exit. The cottage location is also perfect for easy interstate access and the surrounding attractions. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this little oasis or the World's Best Hosts! Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed!
