Building amenities include swimming pool, gym, sauna, lounge area with billiards table. $35 fee for overnight parking in the Garage. Stays of 28 + days parking is FREE.

Enjoy incredible views from our beautiful apartment on the 15th floor of Marenas Resort (900 sq. ft.) with direct beach access. Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi). Parking: $35/night. Neighboring Construction: Possible noise during working hours. So far, we have not received any complaints from our guests! We look forward to hosting you!

This boutique style spa home is perfect for a laid back vacation style trip to the WEF, a perfect base for exploring the Palm Beaches, an overnight concert trip to the Amphitheater and Sunfest. The tropical patio, heated saltwater pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing around, with sun loungers, outdoor eating area and grill.

This 900 sq ft unit professionally designed by Steven G. is located one block from the beach, steps away from the Intracoastal and a 7 minute Uber from the shops , restaurants and nightlife on Las Olas Blvd. This modern property was built in 2018 and offers a complete array of hotel-like amenities including 2 rooftop pools, fitness center, 24 hour security and valet parking (for a fee). Our condo has a spa-like bathroom, modern kitchen and huge patio.
