With its 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and want to walk from here to the city center in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "Fietse"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute away on foot. Smoking is prohibited!

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

On 50 m² you will find on the 2nd floor a cozy atmosphere with 1 bedroom (2 beds) and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. An open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in the garden with a bicycle shed complete the picture. Important points of contact are nearby. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Whether cycling vacation, visiting family/friends or on business; Bocholt is worth a trip.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!
