We had 11 beautiful days in the house and felt very comfortable. Especially the heating worked great in winter and was great to regulate. In the kitchen was everything you need and a great stove. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodation Susanne, Frank and dog Dexter from Berlin

We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.

I had a great stay, the house was fresh and homely in a quiet area. It was easy to get there and everything worked smoothly, nice host who was easy to communicate with. I will be happy to come back again, highly recommended!

Very pleasant place where we enjoyed the winter in the North during our winter vacation. Hans was very friendly and helpful in every possible way — he even lent us a projector screen, which he suggested himself when we mentioned that we had brought a projector. The Coop store nearby was very convenient, and the bus stop was less than a 5-minute walk away. The communication with Hans was excellent. Very beautilful nature and different opportunities for walks, skiing and other activities. We would love to come back to this place.

It's a lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood which was perfect for seeing the Lights.

We spent a week in a dream destination nestled deep in the woods yet perfectly situated on the shores of the Bottniska viken. The well-maintained villa offered everything you could want for the perfect getaway, complete with charming amenities. Every night, the stunning aurora borealis (Northern Lights) lit up the sky, creating a celestial spectacle we’ll never forget. Hiking through snow-dusted forests and venturing onto the icy terrain became thrilling new adventures for us. Lars, our host, was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. His traditional sauna? An absolute must-try—it added the perfect touch of local culture to our cozy evenings.

My girlfriend and I were completely satisfied. Everything was great and we felt comfortable from the beginning. Super clean and cozy. There was everything you needed and much more (warning vests, heat pillows, etc.). Kristina gave us a lot of helpful tips for things to do and was always there when we needed help. Kurt was also very likeable and stood by us with help. We couldn't have imagined it better. The surroundings are super nice. If you love nature, you're in the right place. For other activities, it is probably helpful to have a car (we were there with a car). The space is one of the best on Airbnb!

We had a wonderful week at Catharina's. Everything was as described and in the photos. Great surroundings, wonderful view, great house and super nice hosts. Thank you for this experience, we would come back again and again on a trip to Sweden.

One week cross country skiing for two adults and two teenage kids. Everyone loved the house. Beautifully decorated and luxurious with sauna and hot tub. Some distance both for action and to illuminated ski tracks. Worked well for us who could leave the kids ourselves. Very well equipped kitchen that really facilitated lunches and coffee times with smoothies, sandwiches and waffle irons as well as air fryer. Also good oven and dough scraper 😉 As an added bonus, we got tips on an aurora night that we otherwise risk missing. Thank you for a great week!
