This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. The property is comprised of 257 acres and features two lakes. The lakes are both stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. If you like to hike, you will find plenty of space for exploring. There is abundant wildlife to enjoy, including: whitetail and axis deer, bison, turkey, ducks and a variety of birds.

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
