We called our house Next Door BLR! Next Door, because everything is nearby! On foot! The train station is 2 minutes on foot (PARIS in 30 min, Fontainebleau in 5 min). The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

30 minutes by bus from INSEAD, Samois sur Seine is a village of character, full of charm, with all its local shops, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

I welcome you with pleasure to discover or rediscover the beautiful forest of Fontainebleau and to offer you the unmissable sights of the region or the lesser-known spots.

The large bay windows of the Kapla House immerse you in a 5,000 ㎡ private plot where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Whenever possible, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
