Villa holiday rentals in Bolgoda Lake

Lovely hosts, a clean and comfortable room, and a great location. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely return!

It was one of the most wonderful vacation trips. We had a vacation with my husband and two children aged 11 and 16. The owner of the Dharshana house is a magnificent man. He was always in touch and answered all questions. The house is located almost on the shore of the Indian Ocean in 1 min walk. All the amenities were available. All necessary household appliances are present in the house. Especially the washing machine helped us out, as children often dirty things and they could be quickly refreshed. Dharshana and his wife were very kind and welcoming. In addition, they organized a trip for my family to the elephant nursery and the nine-arch bridge, we visited the highest waterfall and got acquainted with monkeys. The children were delighted. Our family has become friends with Dharshana and his wife and we continue to communicate. We are glad that we have friends in Sri Lanka and we will definitely come back to them again.

We had a lovely few days at Pearl to stay our trip in Sri Lanka. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The pool was ideal for cooling off, especially in the April heat. Shirantha and his team were very helpful and at hand with all queries. I hadn't appreciated that one of the bedrooms is in a linked annexe that can be accessed separately, though this didn't impact us particularly. I would happily recommend this villa to friends and family.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Aaryya's place that was unforgettable! Everyone was so kind and attentive to our needs. We forgot it's an Airbnb home and felt as if we are at our own family home, where we get pampered and looked after. It's the convenience of Airbnb meets the Srilankan hospitality beyond it's limits. Aaryya was there to welcome us who is a very kind-hearted person, and treated us like family. Subha, who took care of the cooking and cleaning cooked such delicious meals for us, catering to our every need. She literally nursed us back to health with such care and kindness as we were a little under the weather. She kept the place so clean and tidy too. Tharanga and her husband attended to my various needs every now and then. Tharanga was always within reach. She was kind enough to take care of us even after she hurt her back during our stay. The house is very spacious & homely. It's the home we want to go back to, when we are in SriLanka. Thank you!!

After a long trip we arrived at this paradise. The house is spotless clean and huge! We could take a dive in the swimmingpool straith away and Gamini (Who is very nice and super helpfull) cooked us a delicious diner. The next morning we found the next surprise, the beautifull beach only meters away. We feit very Lucky that we foundation this beautiful spot. Thanks Yohann and Gamini!

We were a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) staying overnight at Chandana's place before heading out to Bentota next day noon. We arrived around 9:45 PM tired and weary, but were welcomed by the warm home of Padmi and Chandana. They had cooked some amazing hot dinner for us which we wolfed down. Their house is very contemporary and comfortable, and we all slept well. The rooms and the house is very clean with all the necessary amenities - whether you are renting the whole house or individual rooms. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and we woke up to the sounds of birds chirping. Definitely a place we will consider when we visit Colombo next.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We were a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s a well maintained property with all the amenities that you would need to live comfortably for a long stay even. We were there for only one night but we really loved every square inch of the tastefully done space.

Benjamin is a great host, easy to communicate with and very caring. The place is just special as described, dinner was awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would return anytime.
