Great 5-suite house for families with playground, swimming pool, barbecue, pool tables and cards in Jurerê Internacional, close to the bike path, carp ponds, preservation area, picnic space and playgrounds. The house is airy, clear, aligns well-being and comfort, and in it we adapt spaces for those who want (need) to work. The beach is calm, without waves, and in the neighborhood there are bars, restaurants, shops, a bakery, cafes, an ice cream parlor, and always lots of fun attractions!

The Old Mill

The Old Cassava Mill in the Taquaras neighborhood, fully restored and today a beautiful site with a 3,000-meter garden, a two-minute walk from Taquaras Beach. The space, with a swimming pool, billiards and many other amenities, was designed for those who love nature, the beach and enjoying unforgettable moments of absolute relaxation with family and friends. The glass and wood house preserved the original pieces of the old mill in its design, which are now part of the residence's decor.

All the townhouses are equipped with air conditioner, wifi, revolving parking, full kitchen and barbecue. Beach chairs, umbrella, stand up paddle and kayak for shared use between the townhouses. The house is on a very quiet street in the core of Jurerê Internacional. Only 3 minutes walk from the beach the house is ideal for families or couples and people. The house has a gourmet space with a barbecue going to the house deck with a large pool. We have 1 suite on the ground floor plus a bathroom and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor of the house being 2 suites and 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. We also have a mezzanine giving more space in the house.
