Cozy house with rustic style 5 minutes from Bombas Beach. Excellent for people who work remotely (home office) and want to be close to nature. It has 2 parking spaces with an electronic gate, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a full kitchen. Quiet and well-located street, close to markets, pharmacy and restaurants. The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.

The property is located within a private estate of 120 hectares of lush nature and preserved by the family since the 1970s. The nearest beach is Conceição, which is at the entrance of the property, about 1000 meters away. From the residence, the ocean view includes the famous 4 islands of the region's coastline.
