Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

The living area is furnished with a round dining table for four and a comfortable gray sofa. A small television is positioned against the wall. Natural light filters through the space, highlighting the wooden flooring and decorative plants.

Large living room opening onto the kitchen, all facing south, overlooking a balcony that is ideal for enjoying a coffee and admiring the view of Agen and the sunsets. 3 bedrooms, including two en-suites, which can accommodate 5 people in total. Please note: there is only one toilet, located in one of the suites.
