The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.

Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 25 m² which extends with a balcony, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with 4* hotel quality bedding, and a bathroom (with shower).
