Nous vous accueillons à votre arrivée. La maison située dans un village au calme à 10 min de Houdan, à 60 km de Paris ( Axe N12), et à 5 min à pied de la gare, ligne N . ( Montparnasse -Dreux )

Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Possibility to borrow bikes for a walk in the forest of Anet. All amenities within 1 km.

The studio is located on a quiet street, it is completely independent on the ground floor and offers a patio that is not overlooked, the city center and the castle are a few steps away. Parking nearby (opposite or church parking.) It has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Linens and towels are at your disposal as well as the essentials for lunch (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea) and for cooking (salt, pepper, etc.) you will sleep in a BZ sofa bed (140/190).

The strong point of the apartment is its original character, not to mention its bright and functional side. Located in the old mill, this gives it a subtle blend of authenticity and contemporary. It has direct access to the Voie Verte and is an ideal place if you want to discover the Châteaux.
