Great place to stay for out group in Venice! Peaceful location but still easy to access all there is to see and do.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. We really enjoyed this apartment: because of its location on the edge of the historic old town, we were able to easily and walk to all the interesting places of this beautiful and lively city. Our host was awesome, waited for us at the entrance to guide us and was very friendly. our stay was very pleasant the place was very big and comfortable also the location was super close to the train station and just a few steps the bus stop

The decor is very Venetian and made us felt at home from the moment we walked in. The most beautiful views over Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. The location is very central and perfect to explore the city from. Even though the Grand Canal is busy, by closing the windows and shutters it blocked out all noises at night. The host is very responsive.
