Beautiful outdoor spaces, terrace and garden with garden furniture. WiFi and TV. Sheets and towels are provided. Please refrain from smoking inside the house.

Proche de tous commerces et de multiples activités saisonnières (sports , détente et nature). Situé à moins 100m de l’Eure et à deux pas de la voie Verte. Pour les voyageurs et les professionnels à 5mn de la gare, à 5km A13, à 30mn d’Evreux / Rouen / Andelys / Vernon. La côte Normande est à moins d’1h20 par l’A13 vers Caen et A29 et Paris à 1h20. Le weekend, il y a des marchés à moins de 10km (Louviers , Pont de l’Arche..), avec de produits frais de qualité.

Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
