I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A great place to stay for long term holiday in Almaty. Mr Park was a very helpful host, helps us with a lot of things including finding cheaper snowboard rental place. He also helps when we faced troubles and hiccups in our vacations. A very responsive and helpful host.

Yuri went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. Even with an inconvenient flight he helped me with physical and emotional support through the mishaps, terrorist attack that took place in my country while I was in Almaty. I don’t think I’ve met any host as good as them. The place was super clean and nuances were very well thought through including clean drinking water, noodle packets, masala’s and tea and coffee. They offered assistance and super quick with instructions. Free SIM card and bus cards were kept. I mean they think of every little thing and ensure your vacation and transition is as easy as it can be. Don’t think twice before booking this place. You’ll be surprised how good it is.
